"Anytroops" is the nom de plume of 16-year-old producer, NJ native, Sean Xue. Starting his professional production career in late 2018, he has already achieved over 500k+ lifetime streams, 10k+ monthly Spotify listeners, and support from artists such as Dubvision, Aerochord, and Hoang.

Sean's first experiences with electronic dance music occurred during the bass heavy era of artists such as Marshmello, Slushii, and Martin Garrix. The first few songs which brought him into the genre include "Alone" by Marshmello, "In The Name Of Love" by Martin Garrix, and countless NCS releases.

His first involvement with a DAW (digital audio workstation) came a few years later in the latter half of 2018, when he made his first remix of Drake's "In My Feelings" on the trial version of FL Studios 12. Around a year later, he released his debut single "Mirage" on August 15, 2019. While not running huge numbers, the few hundred streams which it garnered at the time inspired him to keep on with the hobby.

Despite only primarily releasing "tropical future-bass" in his earlier years, Sean is now constantly changing up his style. By adding unique elements and pieces from other genres such as progressive house, dance-pop, synthwave, and more, he is able to bring a completely new and distinctive sound to each release.

Over the last few years, Sean has achieved much already as a completely independent producer, such as being the youngest EDM artist from New Jersey to achieve over 200k+ streams on a single (Flamingo). He looks forward to put out many new projects and collaborations before the end of the year, still evolving his unique blend and style throughout.
